There are not enough words to express my sincere appreciation for Jodie and her exceptional customer service. I ordered a beautiful personalized mug as a birthday gift. At first, Jodie notified me there might be a delivery delay due to the weather. She provided the tracking info when available and stayed in contact with me everyday. As the days went by, the mug was stuck at my local post office stating "package awaiting acceptance". Then the mug was sent to a post office in a different city from me. Me and Jodie communicated everyday like we have been friends for years. She came up with a backup plan to satisfy all the trouble I was going through.
